I was 61 years old when I began training with Atif Fitness. Out of condition, overweight, with an injured knee, and feeling older than my years. I'd decided to turn myself around by setting myself the goal of learning to snowboard. I'd come to Atif to try to become fit enough to try the snow slopes. After a few months of Atif Fitness training I achieved my goal. I've gone on to complete a 10k charity event and lose 20 pounds in weight. My knee is healthier and my blood pressure medication was reduced by my doctor. Atif's training was sensitive to my physical and health limitations at each point in time but challenging enough to build on my increasing abilities so that I am now doing things I never thought I'd be capable of. Atif's diet advice is effective, takes account of my life style and nutritional sound, relying on wholesome normal foods rather than dietary fads. Atif is respectful and honourable. He has a knack for helping my age group - male or female.

Atif is brilliant, his knowledge about all things fitness/exercise is amazing, he pushes you just right and is excellent at motivating you and keeps you focused not just on the one to one sessions but always helping with tips and info on nutrition, diet and benefits of different types of exercises that can be done by yourself.

His one to one sessions are always different so you never get bored of the same exercises, he’s very good at changing things around and making it interesting.

I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone from my experience he is ace and I have learned a lot from him and so pleased that he is my PT. I will definitely be keeping him as my PT for the foreseeable. 💪😃
